C. Classroom Management

IMG_1233.HEIC

Since learners are naturally playful, one of the strategies in progressively demonstrating classroom management is to let them repeat what I am saying. This also helps in getting their attention when the class is overwhelmed. For example, if learners are too excited with the given activity, I will say “one” and ask them to repeat it to ensure that they are listening. The counting will go on throughout the class when they are not attentively listening or participating. It was operative in the classroom since they were able to listen and immerse in the discussion productively.
